During the 1920’s Bentley went from strength to strength. Racing triumphs proved reliability, speed and incredible performance. Sales soared.These were the years of the Bentley Boys. Extraordinary adventures followed by extravagant victorious celebrations.Five glorious Le Mans victories and a successful return in 2003 secured the sixth historical win. 2014 marks 95 years of W.O. Bentley’s legacy. True to the unique heritage, contemporary Bentleys are capable of extraordinary speeds, exquisitely handcrafted and beautifully engineered.It is this distinguished heritage that is the essence of Bentley. This is one of three BentleyTurbo S four door sports saloons delivered new into Australia of approximately just 40 built worldwide In addition to very advanced technical and safety features, the special features of Turbo S include: – Revised induction system and liquid cooled intercooler. – Zytech engine management and ignition system derived from Formula 1 technology. Engine constructed by Cosworth to produce 410bhp. – Viscous differential for optimum traction and control. – Vented aluminium alloy wheels of 17 inch diameter. – Ride height 100mm lower than standard cars with distinctive lower radiator profile. – Turbo S badging. – Decply upholstered sports seats. – Dark stained Burr Walnut woodwork. – Fully veneered waist rails with Bentley motifs and pinstripes. – Hide headlining and relocated full sized spare wheel. The Turbo S is thrilling to drive offering a level of performance rarely found outside the race circuit. Accelerating to 100km in well under 6 seconds and onto a limited maximum speed of 250kph (156mph). This car has travelled approximately 75,000 km and is in excellent condition in solid black with St James red hides to the interior. It has been recently repainted by Bentley itself.
